In January, 200,697 passengers (+11% in comparison with January 2011) used Krakow Airport. This means that the January 2008 record has been beaten! In the first month of 2012, there were 2,592 flights (+17% in comparison with January 2011).

There have been increases in all segments too: +19% for traditional airlines, +8% for low-cost airlines, and +38% for charter flights.

As far as airline operators are concerned, RyanAir recorded the highest increase in growth dynamics (14,382 passengers more than in January 2011). Eurolot (+4,674 PAX), LOT (+3,850 PAX) and Lufthansa (+3,009 PAX) are also looking strong.
